octopusby Agensphere

For solo founders, agencies and engineering teams

Your best people are still scoping for free. Make your agency AI-native.

Other AI tools start at the code. Octopus starts at your client's brief and runs the whole delivery: discovery, a spec your client signs, a quote that holds, then build and test. One suite. You sign off every stage.

  • One suite, not five subscriptions. Stop buying a pro or enterprise plan for every AI tool and gluing them together yourself.
  • Pay only for what runs. Agent compute is pay-as-you-go with a budget cap per project. Bring your own model and we never mark up your tokens.
  • Built for your size. Solo founder, agency or enterprise: same suite, the controls you need.
Your clients approve for free. No card.
You're on the list. Early birds get their first month free and 10% off for the next 12 months. Tell us about your team to help shape it. This step is optional.

You know this week.

  1. 01A prospect sends a vague brief. You spend days on calls and docs to price it, and win maybe one in three.
  2. 02The quote goes out. By week four every "small change" is on you.
  3. 03Your team has three AI tools, three bills and no single record of who decided what.
  4. 04The client asks why it costs this much. You have no evidence to show.

Code isn't your bottleneck anymore. Scope, price and proof are.

Everything from the first brief to the reviewed pull request, in one place.

Seven stages. Each ends with a checklist of what "done" means, run by a reviewer agent and signed by a person.

  1. 01 Discovery Agents turn briefs, calls and documents into requirements and open questions Signed
  2. 02 Definition Decision records (ADRs) and a spec your client signs Signed
  3. 03 Assessment Work broken down; what agents cover, what people do, what it costs Signed
  4. 04 Build Agents open pull requests in your repo, on your stack Signed
  5. 05 Test Tests written, security and dependency scans run on every PR Signed
  6. 06 Deploy Staged releases to your cloud, a person approves production Signed
  7. 07 Operate Triage and proposed fixes, a person approves every write Signed

Note: Brief to reviewed pull request is ready first. Deploy and operate follow.

They write code. We run the delivery.

Win the deal before anyone writes code.

Octopus reads the brief, the call transcripts and the documents. It asks your client the right questions in a portal, and links every answer to the requirement it settles. Discovery closes only when every requirement traces to an input, no blocking question is open and every acceptance criterion can be tested. Then, and only then, you quote.

Say what's in. Say what's out. Charge for the rest.

Every proposal states scope in and out, the value to your client, how much agents cover and how much your people do, a fixed number of revision rounds, and a priced change order for anything else. Totals are computed in code, never guessed by a model. Invoices show what was delivered, the evidence, and the revisions used.

Stop paying twice for AI.

You pay for the people who build and approve in Octopus. Your clients join free. Agent compute is metered, with a cap per project, so nothing runs up a bill unseen. Already pay a model provider? Bring your own model and pay us only for sandbox time and orchestration.

Pricing is published when the alpha has measured real cost. We won't quote a figure we can't stand behind.

Whatever your size, it's the only suite you need.

1 approver

Solo founder.

Your whole delivery team, from brief to reviewed pull request. You are the only approver.

Per client

Agency.

A workspace per client, a portal in your brand where clients approve free, fixed-scope estimates and invoices.

Org-wide

Enterprise.

SSO and SCIM, isolated data, a full audit trail, controls written to SOC 2.

Agents do the work. People sign it off.

  • No production change without a person.
  • No agent merges to a protected branch.
  • No secret is ever shown to a model.
  • Agents propose. People accept specs and approvals.

Your code lands in your repo and your cloud. Every action is in an append-only audit log. We don't train on your data.

Who's behind it.

Octopus is built by Agensphere, an agency that ran into every problem above and built the tool it wanted. Agensphere runs its own client work on the suite to save time, money and tokens.

Questions

Does it replace my developers?

No. Agents draft, your people review, approve and merge. Your best people stop doing the scoping and paperwork.

Where does the code live?

In your repository and your cloud, not ours.

Which models does it use?

Claude by default, or bring your own through the Anthropic or OpenAI format.

Do my clients pay?

Never. Guests are free.

When can I use it?

We're opening in small batches. Join the list and we'll write to you.
